The location on the beach was perfect, with stunning ocean views and close proximity to the town centre. The staff, particularly the maid and gardener, were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the decor was pleasant. The free breakfast was a bonus.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Stayed at a clean and well-groomed hotel with friendly staff. We loved the beautiful beach and enjoyed walking along the shore. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily, which was a nice touch. Although the hotel is basic, it's perfect for those who prioritize exploring the island over luxury. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxed and budget-friendly stay.

It was close to the beach and the staff was helpful and friendly
That we had to wear wrist bands the entire time we where there so that they could see what we had includet in our stay. And that it was the name of the hotel on the wrist band, so then everybody knew where we lived...

The male receptionist at Coral Seas Beach was a rockstar! He gave us awesome recommendations for attractions and dining, and even helped us out when it rained. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and we loved having refrigerators in some of the rooms. The beds were super comfy, and the private beach was secluded and stunning. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the shower had hot water and a great water flow. Plus, the location was perfect, with a quiet spot at the beginning of the beach. Amazing!

Location is excellent, close to the sea, not far from the supermarket, large room, wi-fi internet, ocean view from the room, availability of the kitchen and refrigerator.
Too noisily when there are karaoke party and disco, not competent and not friendly girls at reception, absence of the necessary cooking ware.

Helpful receptionist made good recommendations, arranged transportation, and provided small refrigerators. Enjoyable breakfast with various options. Comfortable beds and private, secluded beach area. Beautiful grounds with good gardens and clean private beach. Great suite with kitchenette, vaulted ceilings, two patio decks, and ocean view. Perfect beach and close to town centre.

We asked for a room overlooking the ocean and we got what we asked for. That was our main reason for choosing Sunset and the room was excellent as was the facility. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is not expecting a 5 star but wants quality for a good price. The staff were excellent
The menu is limited but we didn't do all inclusive so it didn't matter to us. What was on the menu was very good.

The hotel was situated right on the beach, offering stunning ocean views from the balcony. it was conveniently located close to the town centre, making it easy to explore the area. the lush garden surrounding the hotel added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The service at the hotel left much to be desired.

Location was great, right on Negril beach, breakfast was ok, and security did a fair job on keeping beach sellers out. Price was good.
The room and the bathroom were poorly maintained and old. We stayed with two other couples and we could see their rooms, some are better than others, but none was great. Towels were never changed in the whole week and sheets were old and used. The hotel can be noisy from parties around, specially on Sundays. There's no pool. Breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner have small portions, you should try to look somewhere else.
